2/17/24 - Upstate New York - Our Union the United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association has done what no other Security Union has done on behalf of any Paragon Systems, Inc protective service officers anywhere in the nation. We successfully negotiated a 14.3% wage increase come this May in the first year of their new CBA.
The new %14.3 wage increase amounts to a $4.00 an hour wage increase come May 2024 with annual wage increases of 8% in year two and three. In addition to the above our Union United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association was successful in gaining yearly increases in their H&W and achieving other benefit changes in their sick leave with cash out payments. Overall these Paragon Systems, Inc will receive an unprecedented 30.3% percent wage increase over the next 3 years.
"We wish the Paragon Systems Inc bargaining committee for their assistance in negotiating the highest single wage increase Paragon PSO's have received anywhere in the United States a 14.3% wage increase in the first year of our new CBA and an additional 8% wage increase every year thereafter. In total the Paragon PSO's in Upstate NY will receive an unprecedented 30.3% wage increase over the next 3 years, not including their H&W increases. A ratification vote of the membership is scheduled later this week, noted United Federation LEOS-PBA President Charles Strebeck.
