Paragon CIFSO Police Officers in Mississippi & Georgia Receive Unprecedented 10% Plus Wage Increases

Olive Branch, Mississippi - 1/23/24 the Paragon Systems, Inc CIFSO Police Officers presently represented by the United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association have received the highest wage increase ever in their history after joining our Union United Federation LEOS-PBA. While these  Paragon Systems, Inc CIFSO Police Officer were seeking a 5% to 6% wage increase this year our Union was successful in exceeding their expectations by negotiating a 10% Wage increase for this year as well as a significant wage increase of $0.53 cents in their Health & Welfare which will be paid in cash which amounts to a (12.2%) wage & H&W wage increase.

In total the United Federation LEOS-PBA was successful in negotiating a three dollar and four cent wage & H&W increase ($3.04) on behalf of one the CIFSO Police Officers 1 and a thirty one cent wage & H&W increase ($3.31) on behalf of the CIFSO Police Officers II.

Georgia - On January 16th the United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association was certified to represent the Paragon Systems Inc CIFSO Police officers in Georgia. after defeating our rival Union SPiT-FA once again in yet another embarrassing loss for its aging 71 year old SPiT-FA President David L. Hickey who received ZERO VOTES as noted below by the tally of ballots.

On the heels of the NLRB certification on January 16th 2024, our Union United Federation LEOS-PBA and our team of attorneys immediately sprung into action to protect these Paragon Systems , Inc CIFSO Police Officers from missing their yearly wage increases after SPiT-FA representatives failed to do so for the upcoming year which took effect on February 22, 2024.

Based on the timeline of submitting a wage increase by January 22, 2024 our Union United Federation was successful in negotiating the highest wage increase ever on behalf of these Paragon CIFSO Police officers. An unprecedented 10% wage increase vs their typical SPiT-FA 3% yearly wage increases. In addition to the above we were successful in negotiating an increase in their H&W which will be paid in cash as well as adding an extra tier on their vacation benefits. Both CIFSO contracts were unanimously ratified and accepted by the members.
