Garda Drivers & Messengers in San Diego California Celebrate their BIG Victory of Ratifying their First Contract with UFLEOS-PBA

San Diego, California 2/22/26 The 50 San Diego Garda drivers & messengers who had voted back in August 2025 to join our Union, United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association, has voted unanimously in favor of ratifying their first collective bargaining agreement.

"These San Diego Garda drivers & messengers will now see significant yearly pay increases like they have never seen before as well as premium bonuses, PTO and language that will protect our members rights & safety issues.
