Good afternoon gentlemen: I just wanted to let you know that as of this morning I had a lengthy conversation with SPFPA and advised them that our interests are better served with your organization.  The previous contract negotiations under their umbrella fell short but also the history of their H&W fund trust doesn't benefit us. History doesn't lie and the majority of staff that was under my previous leadership under SPFPA understand my position of clear choice with LEOS-PBA. Moving forward I personally have to give you guys the opportunity to perform no matter the negative campaigns and disinformation.  I am facts based and fair but firm and expect a level of service that I previously provided to my 1200 members.
