On October 25, 2023 our Union, United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association had filed a NLRB petition to represent these Paragon Systems, Inc Federal CIFSO -Police Officer 1.
This NLRB petition comes on the heels of our BIG WIN in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa by a score of 64 to 11 whereby SPiT-FA continues to lose its members to our Union, United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association by huge and devastating margins. Recently SPiT-FA also lost to our Union in Boston where the Paragon Systems, Inc protective service officers PSO's voted to leave SPiT-FA President David L. Hickey's Union to join our Union. In Arizona SPiT-FA lost to our Union once again by a score of 51 to 11.
Pasadena, California - On Tuesday, October 17, 2023, the National Labor Relations Board has already sent out its ballots to decide if the 45 security police officers working at NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California formerly Paragon Systems Inc security police officers now presently working for Fiore Industries Inc wish to remain with their present Union SPiT-FA headquartered at 25510 Kelly Road Roseville, Michigan or become the newest member of the United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association. On September 9, 2023 our Union United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association had filed a petition with the NLRB to represent these Fiore Industries Inc security police officers working at NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California after they sought our help in replacing their current union SPiT-FA.
Most recently the full-time and regular part-time alarm monitors employed by Fiore Industries Inc. filed a decertification petition to decertify their current union SPiT-FA in Case Number 31-RD-325146. On 9/26/2023 the petition was withdrawn after SPiT-FA decided to abandon these Fiore Industries Inc alarm monitors by disclaiming interest in this unit like they have done with similar units from around the country.
Washington DC 8-28-2023 - The 321 Paragon Systems, Inc Court Security Officers CSO's / Special Security Officers SSO's working in the 12th circuit federal courts voted today to dump their present Union SPiT-FA who only received 3 votes in another embarrassing loss to our Union, out of 321 eligible voters.
