We extend our heartfelt thanks to UFLEOS-PBA Mr. Rodriguez ( Regional Director) for his unwavering support during our inaugural meeting of United Federation LEOS PBA Local 859 in Tucson, Arizona. His commitment was truly exceptional; driving over 12 hours to join us and address the critical issues affecting our work environment demonstrated his dedication.
Mr. Rodriguez's patience and responsiveness to all inquiries were invaluable, and his direct engagement with ISS Action managers highlighted his proactive approach. He actively worked on two of our level 3 grievances, consistently seeking our input throughout the process, showcasing a remarkable level of professionalism. We have never received this type of support with prior SPiT-FA association.
The impressive turnout of 23 attendees, despite our demanding work schedules, underscores our members' eagerness to participate and strengthen our Union. We take pride in being a part of this Union and eagerly anticipate the challenges ahead as we continue fighting for the respect our members rightfully deserve.
