6/23/2023 Springfield, Massachusetts's - On Friday June 23, 2023 the Garda CL Atlantic Inc full-time and regular part-time Drivers, Messengers, Lead Vault Custodians and Vault Custodians performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, had their voices heard when they voted 22 to 13 in favor of joining the United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association.

During this campaign Garda like many other private armored car companies ran a typical Union-Busting fear campaign however we informed these Garda Drivers, Messengers, Lead Vault Custodians and Vault Custodians of what to expect once we filed a petition with the National Labor Relations Board NLRB.
