On 3/23/2023 Loomis drivers & messengers had an opportunity to have their voices heard when they voted by a score of 22 to 1 in favor of joining the United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association.
Charles Strebeck President of the United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association noted "Justice was served today and these LOOMIS drivers & messengers in WV will finally have a voice on the job. We look forward to negotiating the wages, benefits & working conditions these LOOMIS officers deserve".
Those eligible to vote in this election were: All full-time and regular part-time drivers and messengers, performing guard functions as defined by Section 9(b)(3) of the Act, employed by the Employer at its 414 Bream Street, Charleston, West Virginia facility; excluding travelers, office clerical employees, and all professional employees and supervisors as defined
by the Act.
