8/2/2022 El Paso Texas - 130 TNG Associates, LLC / Paragon Systems Inc security officers in El Paso, Texas are now Looking to leave their present security guard union located @ 25510 Kelly Road Roseville, Michigan headed by Dave Hickey.
On 8/2/2022 a petition was filed against Hickey's security guard union with the NLRB Region 28, Phoenix, Arizona to represent these 130 TNG Associates, LLC / Paragon Systems Inc security officers in El Paso Texas who are dissatisfied with Hickey's lack of representation.
The filing of this NLRB election comes on the heals of several recent wins against Hickey's union @ both the IRS Headquarters in Washington DC, IRS facility in New Carrolton, Maryland and Triple Canopy a Constellis Company in northern California just to name a few.
Hickey is also facing several NLRB elections @ the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Rockville, Maryland and at the Coast Guard station in Aguadilla, PR whereby his members are seeking to leave & switch his unions.
The companies involved at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission are KR Contracting & First Coast Security. The company involved @ the Coast Guard in Aguadilla, PR is AHTNA.
Over the past few years Hickey's security guard Union has lost thousands of members in a number of NLRB elections to our union, our affiliated unions, other unions, decertifications as well as disclaiming interest in several units they had represented as noted below.
HICKEY'S MAGICAL ILLUSION - While Hickey continues to boast that his Union has 27,000 members, the truth is he actually has lost thousands of members over the years and presently has only 14,833 active members and NOT 27,000 members as he continues to claim on his website and social media posts, according to his recent Department of labor filings below.
