On September 19, 2024, , the Paragon System Inc PSO's in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa also made a momentous decision, voting in favor to join our United Federation LEOS-PBA Family in a rerun NLRB election once again. This decision is one that we deeply value and appreciate for both the Patronus PSO's in Idaho as well as the Paragon PSO's in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa.

Former 3 times Professional World Boxing Champion Iran the "BLADE" Barkley was on hand in Hawaii lending his support to the Paragon PSO's. shown above right with Paragon PSO Bryan Antonio who has and continues to support our Union, United Federation LEOS-PBA.

United Federation LEOS-PBA organizing representatives made the rounds in Hawaii visiting a number of federal buildings speaking with the Hawaiian Paragon PSO's on the benefits of joining our Union and answering all their questions. During this period a second team of United Federation LEOS-PBA organizing representatives were visiting with Paragon PSO's in Guam and Saipan to gain their support and to answer their questions and concerns.

Because of their tireless and team efforts our United Federation LEOS-PBA organizing representatives were successful in gaining the trust and support of these Paragon PSO's bringing home another successful organizing campaign victory. Two in a row within 2 days against our rival union SPiT-FA with 2 separate NLRB elections and victories in Idaho (Patronus Systems) as well as Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa (Paragon Systems).

The strong showing at the polls in both elections proves that the Patronus & Paragon Protective Service Officers PSO's are highly motivated to work together with our Union leading the charge at the bargaining table and beyond.

We congratulate all of the Patronus PSO's in Idaho as well as the Paragon PSO officers in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa who voted in this election on your victory and we welcome you to our United Federation LEOS-PBA Pride.

"Now is the time we will work harder to get everyone up to the Paragon Los Angeles wage rates of $44.07 per hour as we will be heading soon to the bargaining table once the NLRB certifies the results of these two elections. Patronus Systems & Paragon Systems.
"We Promise we will not let you down" noted Charles Chip Strebeck, President, United Federation LEOS-PBA

In the first NLRB election our union, United Federation LEOS-PBA won a clear victory against our rival union SPiT-FA defeating them by a score of 64 to 11.

On July 9th 2024 the United Federation LEOS-PBA was also successful in defeating SPiT-FA once again in a raid attempt of our membership in San Diego California. These Paragon PSO's in San Diego were previously with SPiT-FA and voted to leave them back in 2020. Sine this election had occurred back on July 9, 2024 our Union United Federation LEOS-PBA has been successful in defeating SPiT-FA in four (4) separate elections in a row. Control Force in Colorado, Paragon Systems in San Diego, Patronus in Idaho and now Paragon Systems in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa. Presently we still have two pending elections in New Hampshire as well as El Paso Texas as noted below.

On Monday September 16th the 500 Paragon Professional Services, Detention and Transportation Officers Working employed by  Paragon Professional Services, LLC and Asset Protection and Security Services, LP, (collectively, the Employers) @ ICE Processing Center in El Paso Texas were all set the results of the NLRB vote count to switch from their present Union SPiT-FA to join our Union United Federation LEOS-PBA when SPiT-FA's attorney decided to question and raised a number of objections once again, delaying an NLRB election that was filed over one year ago. Hopefully these objections will be reviewed quickly by the NLRB regional director and these 500 Detention & Transportation Officers voices will be heard in favor of joining our Union just like the Patronus & the Paragon PSO's in Idaho, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa have done this week.

"If not for the delay in the El Paso election, we were very optimistic that our rival union, SPiT-FA would of lost a total of 713 members this week alone in 3 separate elections Idaho, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, American Samoa and El Paso Texas". noted United Federation LEOS-PBA Organizing Director Brother B.
