9/27/2022 Nuclear Regulatory Commission Rockville, Maryland - The 75 full-time and regular part-time security officers employed by First Coast Security Solutions Inc. and KR Contracting, Inc. at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission located in Rockville, Maryland have voted by a score of 48 to 4 to switch unions and join the Protective Service Officers United (PSOS United).
This incumbent security union out of Roseville, Michigan only received 4 votes out of 75 eligible voters in yet another embarrassing for this security guard union out of Roseville, Michigan headed by Dave Hickey.
Justin Keating of the law firm of Beins, Axelrod & Keating P.C. represented Protective Service Officers United (PSOS United).
Scott Brooks of the law firm of Gregory, Moore Jeakle & Brooks, P.C. represented the security guard union out of Roseville Michigan headed by Dave Hickey.
The Losses continue to mount in September.
In another embarrassing loss for Mr. Hickey, on September 23, 2022,
110 security officers and lost and found clerks working @ New York New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas Nevada voted 82 to 28 against this same security guard union located @ 25510 Kelly Road Roseville, Michigan.
Mr. Hickey is also facing several other NLRB elections whereby his members are looking to leave and/or stop the payment of dues to his security guard union.
Recently the security officers working at the IRS facilities in New Carrollton, Maryland and Washington DC also voted unamiously to leave Mr. Hickey's Union to join our Union.
