BREAKING NEWS: The 90 plus Alante PSO's performing guard duties as defined in section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, employed by the Employer in New York, Kings, Queens, Bronx, Richmond, and Westchester Counties have voted 63 to 2 in another embarrassing loss to the security guard union out of Roseville, Michigan.

The United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association organizing department is on fire as UFLEOS-PBA organizers and representatives continue to meet with detention / transportation security officers as well as protective service officers PSO's from around the country explaining to them the benefits of joining our United Federation LEOS-PBA family.

Over two years ago back on 02/13/2024 the United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association (UFLEOS-PBA) filed an NLRB election to represent all full-time and regular part-time security officers performing guard duties as defined in section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, employed by the Employer Alante Security Group Inc. in New York, Kings, Queens, Bronx, Richmond, Westchester and Nassau Counties.

The incumbent security union out of Roseville, Michigan headed by Dave Hickey only received 4 votes out of 75 eligible voters
