Dear Mr. Strebeck ,
I am a Court Security Officer in Anderson, South Carolina and I just wanted to thank you for the work you have done on our behalf . Before joining the Union that you represent we had not gotten a raise in over 2 years , the other Union would not allow us to join and Paragon held it against us because we were not in the union . This put us in a no win situation . We also had 2 CSO’s who were totaling against joining the Union , however after showing them the way we were treated the last 2 years by Paragon and showing them how hard you were working on our behalf , I was able to convince them to join . We now feel as though we have someone in our corner working for us and for that I thank you .
